Bob Moore has an extensive professional background that showcases the unmatched value that he brings to any company that he works with. In 1998, Bob became the Chief Marketing Office at Motivation Motorships where he still holds that position today. His responsibilities include managing 6 drivers on several media platforms, providing various in-depth updates on team activities, and meeting with C-suite executives to negotiate and secure corporate sponsorships. He currently collaborates with drivers and teams competing in: Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA), Formula 1, Formula 3, iRacing, NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. With numerous multi-year agreements secured through the 2023 racing season along with positive exposure exceeding 12 million people, Motivation Motorsports is considered one of the most exposed teams on social media!

In 1990, Bob held the position of Vice President, Manager of Trading for 15 and a half years within Boston Institutional Services. His primary responsibility included increasing and managing the firm’s soul revenue and profit source. His determination and leadership led to the firm being acquired by a major Wall Street firm for a substantial premium. Shortly afterwards, Bob accepted the position of Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales and Trading at Schonfeld Securities. He established, managed, and spread the influence of the Boston Branch of Schonfeld Institutional Brokerage Service from a zero revenue to a multi-million-dollar revenue center. He successfully arranged hundred of introductions between public and pre-IPO companies which allowed both market exposure and capital raises.

Forwarding to 2008, Bob was presented with the position of Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales Branch Manager within Kellogg Partners. It was here where he successfully developed a Boston trading operation from the ground up by instituting a profit source for a highly successful Wall Street firm via cold calling and face to face meetings. Bob’s clients consisted of major banks (both US and international), global financial institutions, hedge funds, RIAs, and Sovereign Wealth Funds with a combined assets under management (AUM) exceeding 1 trillion dollars! It is well-worth noting that the desks he managed were recognized by Institutional Investors magazine as the top trade execution firms of the year on multiple occasions.

In January of 2011, Bob gained the position of Director of Trading, Corporate Strategy within Seamans Capital Management. During this time, he represented the firm during capital introduction events along with presenting to numerous multi-billion-dollar investors. Impressively, his daily execution of financial instruments included: fixed income, foreign exchange, global equities, options, and commodities using technical and fundamental analysis. His knowledge and innovation led to the reducing of trade execution costs by 73 percent since his arrival to the firm. In 2017, he became the Branch Manager of SVP Institutional Sales at Churchill Capital where he grew the firm’s global institutional client base to include: consultants, family offices, hedge funds, state pensions, and wealth departments

Today, Bob is the Chief Marketing Officer at McClendon International. He is responsible for the marketing and promotion of the McClendon International brand, a four-car Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) World Championship racing team. His responsibilities include: producing marketing presentations, managing social media campaigns across several media platforms, and securing multi-million dollar annual financial commitments.
